Title: Wholly Cow Artist: Marshall Heywood Sponsor: Shortland Street Marshall's vegetarianism was the inspiration for his take on the cow parade. Through his art he aims to make people realise exactly what they are eating - that cuts of meat such as sirloin steak and rump do come from a real animal. Marshall likes to make a statement with his art, and the cow is no exception. When Shortland Street Hospital CEO Victor Kahu assigned the cow to nurse Matt McAllister, Marshall was not impressed by Matt's attempts. To Matt's horror, Marshall kidnapped the cow, painted and sculpted it, and snuck it back into the Hospital! Victor was impressed by the makeover, but Waverley wasn't so sure.
